Return & Refund Policy

Because all items sold on our site are digital and non-tangible, our return and refund policy is tailored specifically for online digital goods.


1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on MadFutShop.com are digital goods — including in-game items, coins, packs, evolutions, and MadFUT codes.
Once your order is delivered, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, as there is no way to “return” a digital item.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • 🕒 The digital item has not been delivered within 5-7 Days of purchase.
  • 💳 A duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same order.
  • ⚠️ An incorrect or undeliverable product was sent due to an error on our part.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has already been delivered successfully.
  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • You provided incorrect delivery details or MadFUT username.
  • The issue arises from game-side bugs, bans, or connection problems outside our control.

3. Order Issues & Resolution

If there’s any issue with your delivery (e.g., you haven’t received your item or received the wrong one), please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.
We will verify your transaction and ensure a prompt resolution.

  • Your MadFUT username or account details used for delivery

4. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refunded amount.


5. Exchanges

Because our products are digital, we offer exchanges for different items or bundles once delivery has begun.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us immediately before delivery so we can assist if possible.


6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We monitor refund and dispute requests to prevent abuse.
Filing a false claim or chargeback after successful delivery may result in a permanent ban from our shop and reporting to payment processors for fraud.
